KM device using web hosted email

If anyone has had any success connecting a KM (or any MFP really) on a web hosted email provider called Arvixe, would you be kind enough to share what settings you used. I am having zero luck with this, it will send on Gmail and one of our corporate test accounts, but either a server connect error (no authentication) or login error (with authentication). I've tried many different configurations using SSL, Start TLS, different ports, but no joy. Waiting on a Arvixe rep to contact me, but I think I'm pretty low on their priority list. Emujo
If you don't see your question answered in the forum, please don't think it's OK to PM me for a personal reply...I do not give out firmware and/or manuals.

Yeah, these are the settings the arvixe rep requested we use, didn't help. I'm not sure if I mentioned it or not, but it was working for about 1-2 months. Just quit..Emujo

Check DNS is still correct. Maybe it's not resolving the mail server address

I don't have experience with this particular server but some others web server based email services I have.

Do you have the email address you used for auth also in the administrator email address field. For some servers it needs to be a real account in there and on some servers it can be anything. Also Ive had some success trying each login method by itself one at a time. Try bumping server timeout from 60 to 120.
