[CQ] Bizhub C652 with Black stripes on every copy/print

Hello guys,

I am getting these black stripes on every copy, they are regular and about 4 cm apart? (see image)
It is from copy and print. I have changed the black IU and toner, and cleaned the transfer belt.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.
