new konica c3850 password for service mode

can someone help
we have started selling these machines and we have them all set up
I wanted to look around in service mode
I have put the stop,0,0,stop,0,1 in and it now asks for a password
can someone please tell me what it is
we have locked the panel now saying contact admin
