    bizhub c250 regarding scanner setting

    Hi, i would like to ask how do you set the File Format (Page) into Multi Page in Application Setting 1 (see attached image). I know there is a Multi Page because i have seen it on some of our previous machines, but i cannot find the setting in this machine that i am working now.
    Hope you can give me some information about this problem.

      Problem SOLVED.... HDD is not installed...

          This MFP is before my time, but I thought all color MFPs came with HDDs. That being said, did you try dropping down the FILE TYPE box, this setting is usually TIFF/PDF/MULTIPAGE PDF. Emujo
