Does no one reply because i am a printer or end user. If I could find a local tech I would use one. Please Help or tell me how to obtain help

You'd probably have to get into CE mode, and most "techs" usually won't give up that info. And somebody turned on your admin password? What passwords have you tried thus far?Color is not 4 times harder... it's 65,000 times harder.
They call it "TECH MODE" for a reason. I have manual's and firmware for ya, course... you are going to have to earn it.
