Hi guys, I need your input on a problem that I'm having with a c550. The 4th tray is not lifting at all, I've tried putting in a working lift motor and it did not work. I tried receding all the plugs in the bottom left corner board where the tray is and it did not work. I put in a working tray and it did not work. There doesn't seem to be any signs of damage or broken pins anywhere, I'm pretty much stuck and the machine has to go out. Should I try to replace that board? or the motor that's in the bottom left corner?( I think this one is a paper feed motor) Any help is greatly appreciated. Thank you
