    konica 7050 intermittent curled copies

Hello, my problem on konica 7050 is the intermittent curled copies at exit.
I have replaced all fixing roll bearings, including the pressure roll bearings.
but same problem exists. have replaced gears on fixing assy.

the paper is curled at exit as if the pressure roll slows down or slip. i'll describe the output copy as wave, or curly.

Replace the two one way gears on the fixing exit unit. I had the exact problem on multiple machines. One of the one ways is on the shaft of the jam removal knob and the other is right next to it. You may also want to replace the foam roller as well. I got these part numbers from a 7055 (Di650) guide but I think they are the same as a 7050.
