hi Dear hope you all fine i have 1 machine having problem message on display Receiver exchange this machine having sd501 i reset all paarts of sd501 but its still showing any body have solution.

I have this message also on my controller currently. Trim waste/Receiver exchange is flashing. The receiver exchange is red. If I go to the controller it shows paper in the saddle sticher not allowing me to print. There is no paper, I can copy fine. -

Figured it out, have to manually move the board off the sensor then reset in I/O .... carry on.Comment
