[Misc] Konica Minolta C451 User name and password

I just bought a C451 which has two user names and passwords. I tried to bypass and go to public user and got the main menu but when I tried to make a full color copy the message "color printing is prohibited" appeared on the screen. I tried to go to administrator set up and deleted the other user names from the machine (they do not appear on the login screen). Would you please let me know how I can get rid of the user names and passwords if there are any left and how I can remove the restriction of Color copying. thanks

if you want authentication turned off completely

back into admin > user auth/acc track > general settings

turn off user auth, it will ask if you want to delete all info, press yes

then exit admin mode and you can use your machine normally.

or

go back into the user registration section of the user auth menu, and go <- to thel ast page of the user list and you will see public user

from there you can change the restrictions of the public user.
