Is there a way to reset/clear the RAM (on PWB-MFP) without removing it from its slot? I had 3 machines lately with alignment problems in the FD or CD and was unable to get them aligned in tech rep mode. I removed/re-installed the RAM on each machine and the print was fine. Not really sure what is causing the RAM issue lately. On other times, I had cleared the Fiery memory to resolve these issues.
