cannot remove feed roller of tray 1 of km215

hello guys

I went to a client to replace the feed roller and seperation pad of tray 1 on a bizhub 215.I have done exactly what the manual says.but although I LOOSENED and also removed the set screw with the alan key,the weight won't move at all.I' tried on three different different copiers(2 km bh164 and 1 bh215) with the same result.to replace the pad it is not a problem.

Another thing ,do you encountered any strange noise from the feed on these models(215 and 164)?

As for the noise yes after 250k prints start .

Yup, I have this issue too, cannot replace feed roller......
