[Misc] KMBH C6000/7000 firmware

I have a customer that is far away, they say they are having troubles connecting to the machine with the IC413
and is requesting a firmware up grade.
Does anyone have this firmware? He just up graded the firmware on the ic413 and now it does not connect.
