    C3850 stuck on logo after flashing FW

    I had a brand new C3850 that I was installing today. I updated the firmware so the HTTP Vcare would work, and now the machine locks up on the logo screen. Disconnecting the hard drive did no good, and I can't enter the emergency service mode. Any idea what went wrong?

      hey there, did you figure out this problem? we have a machine doing the same thing

          There is a known problem with some of these machines and you need the rescue tool from the infohub to restore the machine
