[Error Code] Konica Minolta bizhub 452 error code C-8102

Hi i am a technician for ricoh but are company also wholesales sharp,xerox and kyercera.

I am having a problem with a bizhub c452 that shows me the code c-8102
w
i know the problem comes from the adf.

Since we are not a konica minolta dealer we don`t have the service manual

the troubleshooting pdf shows this:

I've came up with that code before, if its a DS model, try cleaning the upper rollers. Even if its not, trying cleaning the rollers and look to see if theres any screws or dirt blocking any sensors and clean the adf thoroughly. Then do a trouble reset to see if that solves your problem.

Had this error on a c220 recently. Relates to the ADF doc tray lift assay. Solved by cleaning the sensors within, and manually rotating the lifting gear.

Clean the sensors and then open the front cover to reset the error code. This usually works for me

had 5 screws in the adf .........
