I had noticed a lot of yellow toner dusting in the machine prior to replacing drums, developer, charge coronas, and rebuilding the immediate transfer unit. Also toner filter box has been replaced and other filters cleaned out. I cleaned it up and had thought doing the routine maintenance this would go away but it's still dusting pretty badly with the yellow. Also notice a bit of yellow and cyan toner on the plastic mylar guard under the K drum. Any ideas you could toss my way?

I have seen this on the Pro C500 and C6500s, C6501 & 02.
I have not seen any major problem from it, just something to clean up.
I'm not sure what could be done.
I vacuum the toner exhuast ports on the inside of the process cavity and on
the process unit. Maybe the gasket around the yellow is not sealing as well as it should.
Also I vacuum the ports in the cavity on the right side where the filter fits.
This seems to help a little.
