    [Error Code] Konica Minolta C352 error code C5355

    hi, friends.. First up all.. i am kyocera mita technician.. i was repairing my friend machine konica minolta C352. this machine has power supply problem. i am swap the board with the konica minolta C252.

    now machine is switchin on. and its showing error Code C5355.


    i dont knw how to trouble shoot. Please someone help to fix the problem

      C5355 - Cooling Fan Motor 3's Failure to Turn

      Make sure that when you replaced the boards, you plugged everything back in. Most likely, you have a small CPU fan that is unplugged.

          I'm not saying it won't work, but the power supply from a C252 is not the same part# as a C352. That could be the problem.
