[Jamming] C6500 - J-3204 from all trays, thin paper

Hi,

J-3204 after first print, from all trays.
Please check the attachment: paper is Z-folded before entering the fuser.

Checked the one-way bearings from fuser, changed dipsw 8-5 from 0 to 1, checked the ps17, ps13.

Any idea?

Having same issue witj a c6500 km. Replaced reg roller assy. Oneways on fuser.
Replaced sensors at reg and clutches.
Any follow up would be helpful.

I'm having same problem with a C6000L, however my paper isn't folding, but the timing of the image is out (image not on page correctly)

Good evening
Dear 1st of all clean registration roller there is a spring adjustment make it tight then check registration lope make some reduction in lope then check entrance of fusing clean entrance lot off toner in upside clean it well. then Clean fusing exit sensor. there is one more sensor down side of fusing exit but this only in case problem occur double side or face down printing.
check hopefully this will work
