I bought a stock machine bizhub C451و but admin password changed . How can I access admin Or do I reset to factory settings ?

you can reset the admin password in service mode.

I'm certain someone will offer to sell you a service manual shortly.

(and if someone has set and changed the service mode password your going to need to do an nvram recovery, If you are an end user stop here and call a technician)

Do you know the service mode password, if yes that good because you can clear the admin mode password
