    Customer can't scan with Bizhub B&W 552 since moving

    Customer was able to scan before at old location. Customer was using windows but at new location using Mac. Customer lost first of 2 cds for setup. Said unable to find what they needed online. Any help is appreciated. Frank/ActionPhotocopy

    Scanning is not always easy on a mac depending on version.
    And Star Trek was just a tv show...yeah right!

      I guess it depends which protocol they are using. The PC could have been SMB, but the Mac (if it's fairly up to date) will be FTP.

          Set it to scan to the XP PC through SMB and Map it like drive. Mac should be able to see it.
          Option 2 : set the Mac scan to FTP.
