Reset HDD Lock Password (Bizhub 423)

After data clear on this 423 I have two messaged, License Management Error and Reset HDD Lock Password. I had to do the NVRAM recovery firmware and regulare firmware, entered the serial number, made sure switch 10 and 25 were correct and I cannot rid my machine with these errors. Any ideas? Formatting the HDD now...

Do you have access to konica minolta lms?. You need to repair the key and you get back one repair key
