The manual says to 1) Make sure all your connections are good on the MFPB, 2) Replace MFPB, 3) Acquire the debug logs in (Service Mode) -> (Debug Settings) and analyze them. Hope this helps

restart the machine disconnected from the network.

if it starts up ok theres probably corrupt print data trying to get to the machine, have had this so often its not even funny, delete all jobs from the print queue and try again.
