Have got a strange one. Bizhub c 652 keeps resetting couners to zero and loosing all serial numbers from system1. After putting the serial numbers back in, it displays message that it requres a licence key. I know how to request a licence key and i have recoverd it once before. Two monts later it happend again. Before that happened the customer said the screen went blank, would not print and frozen control panel. Last time I updated the f/W too. Can it possibly be due to memory, nvram, or a controll board perhabs? Any help much appreciated.

nvram battery is going flat by the sounds of it.
counters are stored in NVRAM thats what it will be, order a new NVRAM module. There are no arguments or followup questions when it is counter corruption. -
