Hi Guys/Gals, I have an issue with the above printer asking for toner even though the cyan and magenta have been replaced with high yield toners. They are OEM ! Any pointers please.
Grant me the serenity to accept the things I cannot change.
Try replacing the yellow or black aswell, i know this has happend on the C20 model of the same range of machines.
Turns out to be the contacts on the toners, they were all full of magenta toner and the K toner was not inserted correctly so the carousel would not rotate correctly. A good clean solved the issue, thanks.
