Problem with Yellow IU, Konica Minolta bizhub c250, errors: P-8, P-21

Hi,
I have a problem with Yellow color on my Minolta bizhub c-250. I have P-8 and P-21 error codes showed on display. When I open Yellow IU, instead of yellow developer there are black or some other developers mixed with yellow developer. I had switched that "poor" developer with new yellow developer, switch OPC drum, drum blade, and when turn on machine and do stabilization, everything were ok (there were no errors). I had printed about 300-400 A-4 pages (printouts were ok), and than I have p-8 and p-21 errors showed again. When I open Yellow IU again, a saw that there are mixed developers again.

Can anybody tell me, what could be wrong??? And how to fix this problem??

having same issue with a C650

just replaced a belt and yellow IU, code came back about 50K later.
Dumped all DV into waste box...


Next is high voltage and printer control board... I have a spare parts machine...
