I have one of these copiers with the large Finisher installed. The paper is set in output for the Finisher tray which comes out face down. I need to set it for the shift or top tray face up. But I need it set this way permanently. It keeps going back to default in the finisher tray. Copier jams in exit area and fuser when set to finisher tray. I figure that there is a bad one way bearing in the fuser exit but can't prove it without replacing it.I checked the 25,36,47 modes with no luck.
