Just a quick question/rant......My customers don't like the number of steps that are needed to send a fax...
I'm wondering if anyone found a shortcut.....
Right now, you have to hit the fax key, then fax(not internet fax), then direct input, then enter the number, then touch ok, then press start....
Why the hell can't they just touch fax and dial the number and press start, like the big Konicas.......my customers and sales ppl hate these machine for this reason....

Everyone has the right to be stupid. Some people just abuse this privelage more than others
