bizhub 350 edge guide problem tray 1

this machine I am working on in shop shows this malfunction. and when Iopen and shut the top drawer
it lifts and lifts and goes into a c0202 anyone have any suggestions? pics to follow

it is actually tray 2 giving me the fit. but tray 1 has a c0202 prob darn machines anyways lol

Have you pulled the trays out to see if there is anything stuck behind them?

this machine was in a super market and the drawers were constantly being pulled in and out. for 2 sided copies by customers. etc anyways replaced both drawers with new ones. problem is gone... sorry to bug everyone..
