[Jamming] C250 intermittent exit jamming

Swapped fusing units, transfer roller unit, cleaned registration, exit rollers, have new feed rollers. Jams on letter R or 11 X 8 1/2. Actually jams in the fuser, paper is about 1/4 the way out of the exit ass'y.

The exit sensor is deformed by heat there is a bulletin.

exit sensor is part of the fusing unit.

I assume it was a new fuser you installed, not a old crusty one ?

There is a reference for sensor only in infohub...

Check the gears for wear at the door exit rollers and also the cogs it mesh with to the top right of the fuser section, spring loaded lever maybe broke. Good Luck
