We r getting c2555 code in every 10 minutes

have replaced the yellow iu and new yellow toner.

still same code

please advise

I think your find that the m/c has been run low of toner and the image unit has dropped below 5% you can find out in state of confirmation system 1 or 2 it needs to be between 6-8%
