C250 stuck on konica minolta logo

Hi all I am working on a bizhub C250 that is stuck on the Konica minolta logo with the back light on the touch panel not working. I have unplugged the HDD and was able to get into tech mode and run a data clear. That didn't help any so I installed the firmware GW4-K0 it run fine for the MFP but would not finish the printer it run for 1 hour. If anyone has any ideas I would appreciate it.

After doing nvram initialize the copier is stuck in the world with smaller bubbles around the screen.
