Bizhub 552 no Gradation adjustment in imaging process adjustment

hi everyone,

I got in a BH552 B/W machine have some weird thing, at the imaging process adjustment, the Gradation Adjust button is missing, I even flash the firmware and still not there, would it be the nvram issue? machine is brand new, only in use for 2 months.

Hi there

If you have loaded the firmware that fixes this problem and it still doesn't display than it could be the NVRAM, have it replaced, then do the lisence management if required.
