can anyone tell me how you reset a fuser code on a konica 350 black and white copier. i have found 5 different answers on the internet, all which did not work. some talk about a reset button that isnt where they say it is. this is NOT the c350 color it is the 350 black and white. for other codes i just used the side switch to reset but not fuser code. thanks for any ideas.

Re: konica 350 trouble reset
1. Stand in front of the machine, machine is on
2. Push the "warmstart" button on the right side of the machine
3. Push and hold button 4 (i think it was 4)
4. Enter Service code
5. Trouble reset -
Re: konica 350 trouble reset
You have to enter the service password after you press the 3 key (after dot appears). This is something clearly spelled out in the Serv Manual, something you might want to obtain if you plan on servicing this machine. The reason for the difficulty in getting into the trouble reset code is to keep an end user from resetting a fuser code and allowing the MFP to overheat and start a fire, not to mention the possibility of causing a NVRAM failure.
