    konica 350 reset code location.

i have a konica 350 black and white that has a fuser code(A code) i have been told to reset code i need to push a reset button on the right side. i have taken covers off and cannot find button. there is a panel you can pull down but no button. service manual tells you how to reset b and c codes and says to refer to adjustment section for A codes but couldnt find out anything. this cant be that difficult to do. if anyone can give me the location of this button i would sure apreciate it. i have taken off the upper cover on right side where ethernrt and usb ports are and there is no trouble switch

    Hi DOE,

why do you start a new thread for the same Problem?!

Under the cover you removed is a Little black button, you can only push it with a screwdriver or something.

Remove this cover in the red stroke

thanks i found the button and it resets copier. the konica minolta logo comes up for 2 min and then the code comes back up. i replaced the fuser roller. everything is plugged in and i get a c3451 code. have taken fuser apart several times all looks ok. i know there are other steps you take after pressing the trouble switch but it goes staight to konica logo and doesnt let me do anything else until code comes back up

If you continue to get the code there is something wrong with the fuser. Try a new one and reset the code. Or replace the thermistors.

I hope you have not just pushed the "warmstart" button and nothing else. You got to do a couple of things to get
this troublereset work. Look in your other thread
