How to restore bh-C350 default service code

Hi ni311,

I cannot enter the Service Mode cause the Default Password (00000000)was changed by a previous technician.

According to the manual, a new control board (PWB-MC) has to be replaced if password lost but I haven't that board in hand so I want to find a way to initialized the board.

try turning it on with the utility button held down, usually brings up trouble reset but i'm not sure about CE password, worth a try. updating the firmware may also reset it

I had contacted the authorized dealer. They offered me a reasonable price for replacing the NVRAM. So I decided to let them go to deal with it.
