C352 unusual and strange failure

Hello!,
this machine print good from computer, the problem is copy jobs, all the copies print the original image but add a strange blue-black area from one side...
technician cleaned optics but we dont have idea what causes this failure, no error codes are present... halftone tests are ok, if we send print jobs from computer, the quality is ok, but copies not...
is a C352 with fiery 30c
any ideas to repair it?

If print O.K but scanned copies are all like this it is obviosly optical.
Look for a skew in the scanner area and check that the scanner is seated squarely on the machine

In addition to Dickie's suggestion, reseat all the scanner cables as well. If you can, have you tried sending a scan job to SMB, FTP or email?

solved 10min ago!... just replaced the flat cable (that connect lens-board) and now is working fine.
