[Misc] password reset

I recently installed a Bizhub c3100p. It has a up, down, left, right and center button. To enter the 8 digit 12345678 password requires something like 50 key presses plus any miskeys. So I changed it to something simply 00000. But now it doesn't take that or the orignal 12345678 password. Anyone know how to reset this? Other version have a "tech mode" that can be accessed by pressing #, 0, 0............. But I don't have those keys. I tried Up, Up, Down, Down, Left, Right, Left, Right, ..... to no avail

I have problem with Bizhub 501 administrator password. can you help me please? I want to print from pagescope but only two account, administrator and public account
