fax unit installed. when the fax does not go it prints out an activity report top tray is ledger bottom tray letter portrait. it prints it on the ledger 11 by 17 what is the way to make it print out onto letter?

They call it "TECH MODE" for a reason. I have manual's and firmware for ya, course... you are going to have to earn it.
