    [Jamming] Please help me for Biz C6500 !

    Dear all !
    I would like to get your help to fix problem for my KM C6500.
    The status when I turn on KM is Please wait now adjusting.
    And this status keeps for a long time without change.
    I turned off KM and take drum, toner box to check then restart but the there is no change.
    If anyone know how to fix and have idea to suggest, feel free to inform me.
    Thank you so much in the advance.
    A new member eager to learn KM techiques.

      What's a long time? When first starting up a C6500, the machine can take up to 5 mins running its adjustments. Then it could be another 5 mins for the fuser to warm up. Also, the machine maybe throwing a code but the service codes may be disabled. Go into service mode and make sure that software sw 11-0 is 0. Cycle the power and see if a code comes up.

              Fusing temperature issuses should throw at least c 35xx, 38xx or 39xx errors, check data in service mode

                  Hi,

                  If Lower roller thermostat blow out On 6500 engine, machine not any error code and still warming up mode.
                  On 7000 engine solved this bug and machine give error code mean heat time out.
