[Misc] Address Book Transfer? C451 to C452

I thought there was a way to transfer the address book from one machine to another but I can not remember how. I have a customer who has got a new machine went from a C451 to a C452 and I was wondering if someone could tell me how to transfer all there fax numbers (they have over a 100) and E-mails that were already set in there machine over to the new one maybe via flash drive or something like that? Thanks

Use Import/ export feature from pagescope.
- Export the address book from the old machine
- enter 2 addresses on the new machine and export it
- copy the addresses from the file of the old machine to the file of the new machine
- import the file of the new machine.
