Bizhub 350 jam in ADF

Hi every one
I am working on bizhub350 it jams the last page in ADF act like paper still in Somewhere in ADF i know its a sensor cause the problem i opened the whole paper feed assembly and clean all the sensors.i though it might has some dirt in sensor eye but that was not the case .Can someone tell me which sensor is bad .if you have run 10 sheets 9 will go through fine 10th will comes out fine but Adf thing that there are more paper coming through.Please if someone had this kind problem please let me know

Check the paper detecting actuator. The little arm that hangs down....If that doesn't return back down, than the ADF thinks there is another sheet to pull. Sometimes the spring falls off

that seams fine
may be the sensor bad
