Form some reason we a using a lot of magenta toner.
I just replace the Y,C,M IU. The machine is running the magenta toner trough the machine. There is magenta toner all over in the machine and filling up the waste toner. I put the old M IU in and it ran for awhile. but back to using magenta toner.

If they printing girlie stuff then there is your answer.
Could be HV unit, bad IU, dirty IDC. Can you scan the listoutput ?

Ok replaced the IU with an older one, but now I have code C2554, my State Confirmation, Level History 1, is TCR-M 14.65, the new one was TCR-m 2.79. I do belive the IU is bad.
