Can't input ip address info under admin tab .Can't input ip address because networking tab is missing.I inialize data,allso format hdd,flash machine network tab is still missing.

Is this on the machine, or is this in the Pagescope Data Administrator? It's hard to tell from your description of the problem.
If it is from a web browser, try Firefox or set IE to Compatibility Mode in the Tools Menu. I've seen missing options in the Internet Explorer recently, or it may not display much at all. Disregard if you are standing at the machine. In that case, you have other issues. -

With out the model is hard to help. but in some models printing is an option (bizhub 501) you need to add a chip in order to print, Try to print out a configuration page, if not available you need the chip

We definitely need the model!
That being said there are several models that have a NIC reset option bundled with the NVRAM recovery firmware.Comment
