    Hi,
Are your fusing lamps turning on?
Have you checked continuity of the lamps?
Have you checked continuity of the Thermostats?
Have you checked the connectors between the fusing unit and main body?
Is your machine showing any SC codes?

        Hi,
If you are an end user I suggest you get a trained technician in to help you resolve this issue.
Most likely will be a fault in the Fusing Unit or AC driver board. The list I gave you previously is what a technician will check to try and isolate the fault.
