Konica di3010 Jaming while exiting after every other copy in duplex mode

Any help will be greatly appreciated.

Konica Di3010; it works fine for single side copy but jams after every other copy when duplexing. Any thoughts please?

Replace sponge roller in fuser. Common problem going back to the DI 200s.
