Me back again,a C353 not recognizing paper size,changed draw and FD size detection PWB,tried various incantations still no joy,reloaded upto date firmware even,its become personal!

Does it detect the wrong size or just nothing at all. Is it one drawer or all paper drawers.
Does the tray lift? You may want to check sensors on the paper feed assembly. There is a sensor on the feed assy that detect paper after tray lift. If this doesn't detect then it never gets to the next step of detecting size.
