Hope you all had a nice weekend! I am in need of some ideas. I have a c253 with a DF-611 installed and I keep getting paper jams when the paper has already exited the unit. It is intermittent though. I can scan about 10 documents no problem then the problem occurs. It is however not always the same. Either the documents exit the ADF and then the jam error comes or the error comes as the document is exiting ( a 1/3 of the document has already exited). Has anyone had this type of error before. I am not even sure where to start. Any guidance would be outstanding. Thanks!
