bizhub c364 shutting off question

I know there was a bulletin on these machines not working. but this machine is being very interesting. the other one that I had to replace the ssd board and rewrite the firmware would boot up then die. b oot up and shut off. so there is one scenario. the other machine just wouldn't power up. this one boots up and works fine for like 2 days then it dies. the customer had to unplug and get it going. the machine has the blue dot sn A161011009538 so bulletin number 9132 states it has been factory modified. any idea on it shutting off? thanks for any help

How is the power from the outlet. Do you have a line monitor that you can plug into the outlet. I've seen air conditioners kick on and cause the mfp to power down and come back on. It can still be an ssd board. I've had even the white dot ssd board fail after a month of replacement.
