I have a fairly new C25 ( less than 700 on counter ) which has an error of 4FFF. It shows that it has come up 8 times in the history. Eventually managed to get the mfp working, but I'm sure it will return. Any ideas ?

Thanks , we do have the service manual. It was more if anyone had a definitive answer to the problem. We have checked the connection between the two MFP boards. We are heading back to load controller firmware and failing that, we will swap boards.
Tech support have suggested the board swap.Comment

the lower mfp board with the usb port on it ive seen faulty from the factory a few times, in that the usb port is totally malfunctional and thats the first dead give away of troubles on the horizon.Comment
