    C65hc dropping toner

I have a KM C65hc, and its randomly dropping specs of black toner. After start up the first couple prints look horrible, lines and streaks of black toner. After a few copies it clears up, but I still get black specs randomly dropped onto the sheet.

    I'm stumped. Any suggestions?

Yes, the top of the developing unit was covered in toner. I cleaned out as much as I could. Could I have a blockage some where?

I apologize for the delay, after cleaning everything out I ran a few copies with out an issue.

It was shut down over the weekend and fired it up again and received c-4522 on start up. I opened her up to clean the registration sensors and I found the top of the dv unit covered in toner again and the registration sensors as well.
Photos attached. I'm in the process of cleaning everything up.

I pulled the registration assy as well. One of the three sensors was covered in toner. Photos attached.

Pulled transfer belt as well, the transfer section was loaded with toner.

                I have everything back together.

Anyone have an idea what is causing this?

Now I'm receiving c-2840 on start up "PGC sensor correction failure during maximum density control. The sensor is clean and the shutters are working, I watched them operate when I ran the output check for SD3.
