    ocr dictionary missing

    Hello

    i have a Konica Minolta bizhub c452 that has a message that the ocr dictionary is missing. Can this be downloaded like a driver or is it like firmware and needs to come from a tech?

      It's not available from the public site, you will need a KM tech to provide the file for you. It's pretty much the same as the movie data file, loaded the same way. MFP needs this file to do the OCR process. Emujo
